Mickey is the Managing Partner of Delta Consultants. He has been a Psychologist to businesses within the Philadelphia Area for over 30 years. Founding Delta in 1988, Mickey and his staff have partnered with a variety of privately and publicly held companies to enhance leadership and organizational capacity, and their ability to select high quality people. Mickey and Delta are dedicated to applying state-of-the-art products and processes that link people-development to bottom line results.
Delta focuses on diversified, growth oriented, mid-market companies with sales from $10M to $1.5B. Clients are typically headquartered within a 100 miles of Delta's King of Prussia, PA offices. Delta's client list includes both public and privately run companies, and several private equity firms as well. Many of Mickey's client relationships have ranged from 10 to 20 years. Two noteworthy clients are approaching 30 years.
Mickey holds a PhD in Psychology from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA (1978), an MS in Psychology from Villanova University in Villanova, PA (1973) and a B.A. in the same discipline from Washington College-Maryland in Chestertown, MD (1968).
Other affiliations include membership in American Psychological Association (APA) and Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group (GPSEG); Chair of the Philadelphia Human Resource Planning Society (PHRPS) Research Committee (2002 and 2003); Internship Program Sponsor for Widener University's Graduate School of Psychology (1996 to 2002); and Board Member and ongoing supporter of Musicopia and Dancing Classrooms, an arts education organization.
For personal enrichment, Mickey enjoys collecting art, reading business books and articles, watching sports and movies, and taking jazz and hip-hop classes.
